I’m not saying any of this as a law student— simply as a person that can read and write. remember those 3 questions: why did he have the knife; what were the circumstances leading to the altercation; was the force justifiable? there are lots more things that did not make sense to me, because they were left unanswered. an answer to any of those questions would have made room for doubt.
