本软件是基于 LabVIEW 的转子动平衡测控系统，为了实现转子信号的实时精确采集，使用高采样频率，提高采样的转换速率，通过多通道实时采集的 NI 采集卡实现信号采集。 为了分析信号的各个频率的特点，将采集到的信号进行实时处理，得到信号时频域的特点。
